1.On Eye ::Xerophthalmia (red eye)
2.On growth :Vitamin A deficiency results in growth reduction due to impairment in skeletal formation

*Skin becomes rough & dry
*Atrophy of hair follicles
*Atrophy of sweat & sebaceous glands
4.On GIT tract :increased susceptibility to diarrhoea & dysentery
5.On respiratory tract : Respiratory tract infection

7.On reproduction : the reproductive system is adversely affected in vita A deficiency
