Definition : The Spleen is a wedge shaped Largest lymph organ.
Location : The spleen lies in the left hypochondrium region of the abdominal cavity between the fundus of the stomach & The diaphragm.
Relation :
1. Anteriorly : Stomach.
2. Posteriorly : The left diaphragm separating it from the pleura of left lung & the 9th,10th & 11th ribs.
3. Inferiority : The spleenic flexir of the colon.
4.Medially : The left kidney.
