Toxin:
1. Enterotoxin :It causes food poisoning ( characterized by prominent vomiting &watery non -bloody diarrhea )
2.Toxic shock Syndrome toxin (TSST):It causes toxic shock ,especially in tampon using menstruating women or individuals with wound  infection.
3.Exfoliation (Epidermolytic toxin ):it causes "scalded -skin "syndrome SSS in younger children
4. Leukocidins :they can kill leukocytes
5.Other toxins:They causes tissue necrosis in vivo .of these the most important is Alpha toxin ,which causes marked necrosis of skin of hemolysis

Enzymes :
1.Catalase :It degrades H2O2   secreted by neutrophils H2O & O2
2. Cogulase :It causes plasma to clot at the infected site ,thereby retarding the migration of neutrophils into the site
3.Fibrinolysin :Streptokinase is a fibrinolysin that can lyse thrombi
4.Hyaluronidase : it cases destruction of ground substance of connective tissue
5.Proteases:They causes breakdown of proteins
6.Lipases:They causes breakdown of tissue lipids
7.B-lactamas:It causes breakdown of B-lactam antibiotic
8.DNA -ase :It causes breakdown of cellular DNA
