the second stage of labor is called episiotomy (perineotomy)

A.In elastic (rigid) perineum: Elderly primigravidae
B.Anticipating perineal tear:
(a) Big baby
(b) face to pubis delivery
(c) breech delivery and
(d) shoulder dystocia.C.Operative delivery:
